Il Casale al Lavaggio is a small Bed & Breakfast in the green countryside, situated in the quiet Lunigiana, a region in the north of Tuscany, rich with history and ancient traditions, where peace and relax are fully guaranteed. The dwelling: an old stone-house completely renewed, is located in a wide park, in a panoramic position with a view of the Magra river valley and the Apuan Alps. Try the gratifying experience of a “rural” holiday, a different holiday with a flavour of the past and in wild nature that takes you down memory lane, but with all the services that the most demanding tourist can require.
we welcome you to our house and in order to make your stay completely comfortable is desirable that you know something about our B&B.
il Casale al Lavaggio is a rural building washing the old memory, completely recovered in recent times. The rooms are furnished according to our personal taste, inspired by the ancient and in harmony with the rural landscape we are living in. The style may not meet your expectations, but know that we are doing our best to make you feel comfortable, so that you can enjoy your stay.
Out B&B is located in the countryside, in an area that, in some ways, can still be considered as wild and pure. Although we do our best to keep it clean inside and outside, sometimes it could happen to meet lizards, spiders or field mice (they are our neighbors and live in the same environment).
Since we really love animals, we live with two cats, and, in some periods of the years, two inoffensive dogs. We hope that you share this love too, if not, we kindly ask you
to accept our choices and not to force them to segregation.
Our B&B is not an hotel, you should not expect perfection or the services of a hotel. We’re not able to provide a real reception service, so, please, don’t be surprised if you cannot find us at home.
As soon as we meet, we will be pleased to help you feeling comfortable and provide you with information about the B&B, the region, excursions, restaurants and more.
We wish you a pleasant stay.
Donatella and Maurizio
